1 INITIAL CONSULTATION

The process begins with an in-depth consultation to fully understand the client’s vehicle preferences, budget, and any specific requirements such as make, model, features, colour, and condition. Whether the client is looking for a new, used, or certified pre-owned vehicle, we tailor our search to meet the client’s needs.

2 VEHICLE MARKET RESEARCH

Once the client’s criteria is established, Legacy will conduct a thorough market research to find the best possible options that align with the clients vehicle preferences and budget. Leveraging our industry expertise and connections, we will identify suitable vehicles from either Legacy’s inventory, partner dealerships, private sellers, and other trusted sources.

3 EVALUATION & RECOMMENDATIONS

Legacy will review and evaluate the selected vehicles and may also arrange vehicle history reports, inspections, and reviews of maintenance records to ensure the vehicles meet high standards. We will then present the client with a shortlist of recommendations, outlining the benefits and potential drawbacks of each option to help the client make an informed decision.

4 VEHCILE NEGOTIATION

At Legacy Automotive Group, we handle all price negotiations on behalf of the client, using Legacy’s market knowledge and expertise to secure the best possible deal. This includes negotiating not only the vehicle’s price but also additional elements like warranties, financing terms, or additional accessories or services.

5 TEST DRIVE COORDINATION

Legacy will coordinate and schedule test drives, ensuring the process is convenient and efficient. We can also provide guidance during the test drives, helping the client evaluate performance and comfort, and answering any questions about the vehicle’s features.

6 PAPERWORK & TRANSACTION

Once the client selects a vehicle, Legacy will take care of all the paperwork involved in the purchase. This includes preparing the sales contract, managing the title transfer, handling registration, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. We ensure that every detail is accurately completed, protecting the client from potential errors or delays.

7 SETTLEMENT & FINAL DELIVERY

After the purchase is finalised, Legacy can arrange for the vehicle’s delivery or pickup based on the client’s preference. In some cases, the agent may also provide a vehicle orientation, helping the client become familiar with the features and technology of their new car.

8 POST-PURCHASE SUPPORT
